In years 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 the Special Education teachers have been estimated
In the 2010/2011 academic year are included teachers from Haurreskolas
Teaching staff that teaches Sports Education in publicly-funded centres also teaches general education and they are included under the latter.
The academic staff that teaches higher education courses in Design also teaches visual arts and design and they are therefore included under the latter.
During the 2008-2009 academic year, the teaching staff that taught in the Professional Introductory Programmes was also included in the PCPIs (Initial Professional Qualification Programmes).
A teacher may teach more than one level and is counted in all the levels that s/he teaches. Therefore, the total does not include all the relevant breakdowns.
PCPI: Academic staff that teach Initial professional qualification programmes
In 1994/1995 and 1995/1996, under 'Dedication', the total did not coincide with the sum of the parts, as there was no disaggregated data for Specialised or Adult Education
Vocational Training: teaching staff for F.P., M.P. and LOGSE F.P
Baccalaureate: teaching staff for B.U.P./C.O.U. (Upper Secondary Education/University Orientation Course) and LOGSE Baccalaureate
Middle-level education: teaching staff for Vocational Training and E.S.O., Baccalaureate (LGE/LOGSE) and PCPI. In this section each teacher is only counted once, not coinciding with the sum of partials.
Basic education: teaching staff for Infant, Primary and Compulsory Secondary Education. In this section each teacher is only counted once, not coinciding with the sum of partials
